Let us care for your pet too. We pick them up from your home, cater for any requirements they may have, including grooming, clipping, hydrobaths, special diets, organize vet care (desexing, vaccinations, medication, flea treatments) or convalescence/maintenence of conditions such as epilepsy or diabeties) during their stay. Everyone needs pet care from time to time. You may be moving, renovating, holidaying or just have a busy lifestyle and never get around to that bath the dog desperately needs.

The first time

If your pet has never been cared for before by someone else, it can be a daunting experience for all - dog, cat and owner.  The ideal is to have your pet cared for in short periods when he is a puppy or kitten so when you need us for longer times, it won't be so scary.  Even if you usually have a friend or relative who looks after your pet for you, there are going to be times when you will need someone else you can trust.  

Choose wisely

Just as you need to choose a vet for your pet when you first bring them home, you need to pick your pet care facility wisely too.  Don't leave it to the last minute to organize this.  You should have enough time to make sure all vaccinations are up to date and you take a trip out to see the room your pet will be in, meet the staff or organize a  pick up   We are different because our rooms, courtyards and playtime are private. Your pet will not be placed in rooms or exercised with several other pets as can be common in pet care facilities.  

Preventing stress

Knowing exactly where to go will prevent last minute rushes finding streets, not only will this prevent stress for your pet,  it is less upsetting for you too. Come in and see us first. Or you could have us come to you for an interview so we can assess you and your pets needs. Our pick up service may be an option for you.

Opening Hours are 8am to 11am and 

3pm to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Sundays and Public Holidays Closed 

An outside hours opening fee applies.

Pick up your dog, cat, bird or other small pet before 10am you will not be charged for that day. Fleas, worms and ticks will be treated on entry for a small fee, for the health and safety of all our residents. No extra charges will we made unless we have to treat fleas, worms, provide extra medication, have an unexpected vet visit or choose one of our extra services available.

Making a booking. 

You can usually have your pet boarded straight away without a deposit, however, it is advised to book well ahead in school holiday times. Queensland school Holidays are approximately eight weeks in the year during December and January, April, June/July and September/October. A $50 deposit is required to ensure your place over school holiday times. This deposit is refundable if cancelled at least eight weeks prior to your booking. A 4 day minumum stay is required over the Easter holidays and a 7 day minimum over the Christmas New Year break. Priority is given to existing customers in peak holiday times.

Payment

All charges are a daily rate. There are a variety of rooms and home pick up options for you to choose from to suit your pet. Pets picked up by you before 10am will not be charged for that day. Pay by cash cheque (pre-approved) credit card and eftpos facilities are available.

Safety, health and routine.

Security is ensured with our double lock gates and doors. Vaccinations are essential making a healthy environment. Fleas and worms are treated straight away. Veterinary attention if required is just ten minutes away 24 hours, seven days a week. It is advised to notify your vet of your pets' stay with us and have a payment system in place if veterinarian attention is required.  Many people use our facilities to ensure a clean, safe environment after operations, trauma or when bitches are in season.

We like to have a routine for our boarders similar to their natural sleep patterns and activity.  For this reason, it is important that we restrict visiting hours to allow for daily rest times, grooming and feeding.  Visiting hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm. An outside hours opening fee applies for visits outside these hours.
