What you need to know about peak holiday times

Only waiting list for dogs and limited rooms available for your cat over Christmas this year.
Our services can be booked out months ahead for peak holiday times at Easter, Christmas and some other school holiday periods each year. In this covid uncertainty we are experiencing some extra interest and bookings on weekends. Unless you book early enough you may not get a place or the room your desire, however we give priority to our existing customers for these times. Our dog care services are booked out for the Christmas New Year dates 19th December to 4th January 2021 as are the deluxe and the walk-in rooms in the cat care accommodation. We have available the double and single rooms in the cattery with limited spaces at the moment but these may get booked out without warning.
We are taking bookings for all rooms for Easter 2021 now. Some room types get booked out earlier than others, so give us a call to check if the room you require is available.
In order for these times to run smoothly, and for your dog or cats place in the room you prefer to be secure, we require a 50% deposit for us to take your booking for peak school holiday times. This deposit is refundable if you cancel eight weeks before your booking. Unfortunately after this time you will not receive a refund. So it is important to plan for these times well ahead so we can accommodate your pets. Sometimes we get cancellations and you can be placed on our waiting list. If you do not confirm your booking with your payment for Christmas or Easter when you book, your room may be booked by someone else. If you have booked for a peak time and your room is required by another guest we try as best we can to contact you before giving this room away, but it is not secure until your 50% payment is made. Our peak time holidays follow Queensland public holidays and Queensland School holidays.
